KPSA announces CBC training for private school teachers

RE: CBC TEACHERS PATHWAYS RETOOLING WORKSHOP:

Kenya Private Schools Association in partnership with the Gravity CBC Centre invites all Private Schools for a Competence Based Curriculum (CBC) Teachers Retooling Workshop Program to be held on Thursday 21st and Friday 22 ^nd November 2024 at the Gravity CBC Resource Centre along Eastern Bypass Starting from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.

The theme of the workshop/ s is “Demystifying Competency Based Curriculum (CBC) for inclusive learning and lifelong teaching”

The workshop will be facilitated by CBC experts who will discuss and deliberate on the following major topics:

1. Effective CBC Curriculum management.
2. CBC pathways — Preparations and guidance.
3. CBC projects and Out of class lessons management.
4. Free tour of the Gravity CBC Centre.

The Discounted KPSA Member school cost per teacher is Kshs 1500/ = per day to cover for (Writing materials, tea, lunch and certificate of participation) schools are encouraged to send the head teacher and 3 to 4 teachers.
