TEACHERS SERVICE COMMISSION

RE-ADVERTISEMENT  

VACANCIES FOR SENIOR PRINCIPAL AND SENIOR LECTURER-  TEACHER TRAINING COLLEGE (TTC)

 The Teachers Service Commission is a Constitutional Commission established under Article 237

(1) of the Constitution. 

Pursuant to this mandate, the Commission invites applications from suitably qualified teachers for the posts shown below in line with the Career Progression Guidelines. 

Interested candidates, who meet the required qualifications, should submit their applications online through the TSC portal – www.teachersonline.go.ke so as to be received latest by 21^st April, 2025 midnight.  

ADVERT NO. 01/2025 (D4): SENIOR PRINCIPAL (TTC) T-SCALE 14  – 1 POST 

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT 

For appointment to this grade, a teacher must: – 

1. Have served as Principal/ Deputy Principal I, T-Scale 13 for a minimum period of six (6) months;
2. Have obtained a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process;  
3. Have demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor and provide professional support to other teachers; and
4. Meet any other requirement deemed necessary by the Commission.

ADVERT NO.02/2025 (C4): SENIOR LECTUTER IV (TTC) T-SCALE 9 – 35 POSTS 

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT 

For appointment to this grade, a teacher must: – 

1. Have served as Lecturer I, T-Scale 8 or its equivalent for a minimum period of three (3) years;
2. Have obtained a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process
3. Have demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor and provide professional support to other teachers and
4. Meet any other requirement deemed necessary by the Commission.
