KNEC Officially Releases March 2026 Business and Technical TVET Examination Results

The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) has officially announced the release of the March 2026 Business and Technical TVET examination results.

This announcement, communicated via a circular dated 9th July 2026, marks a significant milestone for candidates and institutions across the country.

Dr. David Njengere, MBS, Chief Executive Officer of KNEC, confirmed that the results are now ready for collection by the heads of institutions that presented candidates for these specific examination series.

Collection Procedure

Heads of institutions are advised to collect the results from Mitihani House, South C. The collection window is open during official working hours:

  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Time: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Important Directives for Institutions

KNEC has outlined specific requirements to ensure a smooth collection process and adherence to institutional policies:

Clearance of Arrears: Institutions are strictly required to clear any outstanding examination fee arrears before collecting their results.

Failure to comply with this directive will result in the application of penalties.

Handling of Queries: Any concerns or queries regarding the released results must be submitted by the Heads of Institutions.

Submission Deadline: Queries must be launched within thirty (30) days of the release.

Any queries received after 9th August 2026 will attract a mandatory penalty charge of Ksh. 5,000.

Official Portal: All queries must be processed through the online Query Management Information System (QMIS).
